This is the first step on your child's journey to developing a life-long love of learning. Learning should be exciting. Fun. Something your child looks forward to. Enrollment Form

Because we carefully limit the size of each class and develop age-specific activities for each class, it is important that we enroll your child in the appropriate session. We define age groups this way:

Sit & Play & Tummy-Time Too: From 3 months until sitting and crawling
Rockers & Rollers: From sitting and crawling through about 12 months
Stumblers & Runners: From 12 to 18 months (new walkers to moving faster)
Climbers & Leapers: From 18 to 28 months (hard to slow them down)
Racers & Explorers: From 28 months to 42 months (on the move and into everything)

After receiving your enrollment, we will call to discuss available times and sessions. Filling out this form does not commit you to enrolling your child. We will use the information to contact you to provide additional details about the program.
